  4. Registration for the program is free, allowing carpenters and contractors to join without any financial commitment. This ensures easy access to the scheme's benefits for all eligible professionals.
  5. Redemption will only be processed once the necessary approval is obtained.
  6. Points will only be credited to carpenters upon presentation of a valid invoice for any old QR code. This ensures proper transaction verification and maintains the integrity of the rewards system.
  7. The scheme is applicable exclusively to VIR Loyalty products featured in the Program Points section, allowing members to earn points and access benefits.
  8. The value per point is set at 1Point = 1Rs. If there are any changes to the point value, the company will provide an update accordingly.
  9. A member’s mobile phone number serves as their unique identifier, simplifying registration and verification while enabling efficient communication for updates and ensuring effective management of membership activities.
  10. Registration requires both first and last names and a valid mobile number to create a verified member account. These details ensure accurate identification, facilitate communication, and maintain account integrity, enabling seamless access to program benefits and updates.
  11. By registering, members agree to the terms of the program, which may be updated periodically. Any changes will be communicated. Acceptance of these terms means members agree to follow the rules and understand their rights and responsibilities.
  12. Membership points, benefits, and privileges are non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer rewards may lead to forfeiture and possible termination of membership, as benefits are for the designated member only.

  17. A PAN Card is required for transactions over Rs.10,000 to ensure regulatory compliance and transparency. Participants must present their PAN Card to verify identity and prevent fraud.
  18. Any legal disputes related to this program will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, meaning that all legal proceedings must be initiated and resolved in the courts located there.
  19. VIR Loyalty may adjust their value based on market conditions or internal policies.
  20. If any fraud happens the police complaint is necessary.
  21. Only registered business partner can login in App, who are part of our business. We run a loyalty project for our partners and we have to credit and share the information about their incentive and business status for this purpose App is being used:- App access to collect data – • Geo location to confirm the store location of our business partners so that our executive could visit to store for meeting • Phone call - Our business support team get in touch with our partners • Camera – User has to scan product codes and he has to share the images also. Purpose of data collection – We have to run various schemes for our customers and organize events in their region, we have to reflect business status and redemption details that is why we collect the data. Data Sharing – We do not share the user data with any third party through App.
